What products do you use?

My wax melts are made from 100% soy wax and clean, non-toxic fragrance with no chemicals on prop 65.

My sprays are water and essential oil based.

My simmer pots are just herbs and salt!

My ritual salts contain epsom salts and pink himalayan salts with essential oils and herbs.

Are the wax melts safe for pets?

My wax melts are safer for pets than traditional wax melts. All scents are listed so just double check the scents with your pet's allergies and sensitivities.

How much time does my order take to ship?

Orders usually ship within 3 days, but can be up to 2 weeks. Items are shipped within the US via Ground Advantage and can take up to 2 weeks for delivery. International orders can take up to a month for delivery.

Return policy

All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will get you a replacement or store credit if replacement is unavailable. Please provide your order number and name to our email.

*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate* Please double check your cart and shipping information when ordering. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once placed!

Once your order has been processed within my 12 business day time frame, then shipped, it is out of my control. If you have any inquiries regarding shipping delays you will need to contact USPS or UPS so they can best serve you. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages, please work with the shipping provider.

Shipping policy

Free shipping in orders over 50$.


Orders will be processed within 12 BUSINESS days from the date your order was placed.

This means we have up to 12 business days to make/ package your order THEN it will be shipped! After that you can check tracking on your email / phone confirmation. If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact USPS or UPS so they can best serve you.

If order says "delivered" by carrier there is NOTHING CelStars is responsible for or can do, you must work with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages you must work with the shipping provider.

*******We are not responsible for any in international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.  If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.*******
